The apartment consists of a beautiful living room with a lounge and dining area and an open and fully equipped kitchen. It also has a sleeping area with a comfortable double bed. Walking distance : marché d'Aligre 10 min, nation 10 min, bastille 15 min

You can also enjoy a terrace area in the courtyard in front of the workshop, with its beautiful flowers. Ideal for morning coffee and aperitifs! When you arrive, you'll be greeted by the housekeeper, who'll make sure your stay goes smoothly in my absence: handing over the keys, professional cleaning and assistance if you need it.

Arrivals are made independently via a key box.
