Discover this large 50m² T2 ideally located in the heart of the capital, very accessible and close to major tourist sites ! This apartment offers a practical and lively living environment. It consists of an entrance with a large, quiet and bright living room, with a comfortable convertible sofa, a large connected TV with Netflix and Disney +, a cozy sofa area (1 additional bed), and a friendly dining area. The kitchen is separate and fully fitted and equipped (Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, oven, etc.). It also has a separate bedroom with a 140 double bed. A bathroom with bathtub and separate WC complete this property. The two bonuses of the apartment? A large balcony with a view of Paris and a private, secure parking space for your vehicle :) Practical, functional and ideally located, this apartment will be perfect for a tourist stay in the heart of Paris !
