Whether you're coming alone, as a couple, for leisure or work, you'll feel right at home in this spacious 45m2 T2 apartment. Just a stone's throw from the Marx Dormoy metro station and close to all amenities, you'll enjoy a luxurious, fully-equipped apartment. You'll be able to relax on the comfortable sofa (bed) in the living room, while enjoying high-quality wifi (fiber) and connected TV. The open-plan kitchen is also fully equipped and includes everything you need: microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, all the crockery and condiments you'll need. The bathroom has a beautiful shower, hairdryer and first-aid kit. In the evening, relax in the separate bedroom with its Queen-size bed and closet space for your belongings. For your added comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. Last but not least, enjoy our large terrace with access via the living room and bedroom. Enjoy your stay!

Please do not smoke in the apartment. Please keep noise to a minimum on the terrace after 9 pm; parties are not allowed. Pets are not permitted. Cleaning is included in the price; however, please respect the apartment and its amenities. Check-in is self-service. Keys can be collected from a shop located a 9-minute walk from the apartment (open until 10 pm). Early arrivals & late departures: For arrivals before 4 pm or departures after 10 am, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability. Please inform us in advance of any requests so that we can best organize them.
