It offers two double beds: a cozy mezzanine bed, perfectly integrated to maximize space, a second comfortable double bed in the living area, easily accessible. The accommodation also includes: a modern bathroom with shower, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, ideal for preparing meals, high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for working remotely or staying connected. To help you travel light, bed linen, duvets, and towels are provided, so you can fully enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive.

We ask you to respect the following rules during your stay: Please do not smoke inside the studio. Please respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors, especially in the evening. Leave the studio as you found it. Pets are not allowed. A ladder is required to access the 2nd bed. Arrivals are made independently between 4 p.m. and 11 pm - keys can be collected in a store located less than 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Early check-in & late check-out : For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to make a request so we can organize accordingly.
