Spanning approximately 30m², this apartment offers a convenient and lively living environment. It features an entrance area with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, washing machine, etc.) and a living room with a sofa bed (sleeping two) and a TV. The apartment includes a mezzanine sleeping area with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a 70x70cm shower and a toilet. The apartment is not air-conditioned. Practical, functional, and ideally located, this apartment is perfect for a sightseeing trip in the heart of Paris!

You have access to all parts of the accommodation All household and bathroom linen is included in the stay and provided on site If you come by car, parking is paid in the streets around the apartment. You also have the possibility to park in the INDIGO car park right next to the accommodation (paying) By public transport, there are many buses and metro stations including line 11 a few minutes' walk away.

No parties; non-smoking accommodation. Self check-in between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM – keys must be collected from a nearby shop that closes at 8:00 PM. No pets allowed. Please note: the mezzanine sleeping area may be cramped and difficult to access. Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it.
