Located in a quiet street, you are however in an ideal shopping area in terms of location: 5 minutes from Saint-Lazare train station, but also from Galeries Lafayette, you can do the shopping of your dreams. Located between the Opera and Montmartre. At the foot of several Metro lines (Trinité, Saint-Lazare), you can also take the bus which goes directly to Roissy CDG airport in 50 minutes (from Opéra)

Welcome to our cocoon located in the heart of Paris, a stone's throw from Saint-Lazare and the Grands Boulevards
Space
Our apartment has a spacious living room with a sofa and a convertible sofa, providing a perfect relaxation area to unwind after a busy day. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, whether it's a quick breakfast before heading out to explore the city or a leisurely dinner at home. The mezzanine sleeping area includes a king size bed, however, please note that the ceiling is quite low in this area which may not suit everyone, but it is a comfortable space for a good night's sleep. Our apartment is equipped with a bathroom with a shower to refresh you after a day exploring the city. A hairdryer is also provided for your convenience. Additionally, we provide all the bed linen and bath towels needed for your stay, so you can travel light and fully enjoy your time in Paris.

Parties prohibited and non-smoking accommodation Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and leave the apartment in the condition in which you found it. Arrivals are made independently from 4 p.m. via a key box. Early check-in & late check-out : For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to make a request so we can organize accordingly.

The toilet and shower stopped working early during our stay, and no one answered my phone calls, texts, or emails asking for help. We are currently seeking a refund, as we had no choice but to leave
