Welcome to this cozy 37 m² apartment, located on the ground floor in the heart of Poitiers, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. It can accommodate up to 4 guests and features a sleeping area with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room, and access to a shared courtyard. Wi-Fi, a television, and bed linen and towels are provided.

This 37 m² apartment offers a pleasant and functional space for a stay as a couple, with family, or among friends. The living area includes a lounge equipped with a sofa bed—providing two additional sleeping spots—as well as a television and Wi-Fi access. There is also a dining area that can accommodate four people. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and the necessary utensils for preparing your meals.
