Discover this spacious 55 m² one-bedroom apartment, ideally located in the heart of Paris's 15th arrondissement, close to major attractions, including the Eiffel Tower. The apartment offers a practical, comfortable, and pleasant living environment. It comprises a bright and peaceful living room with a spacious lounge area furnished with a sofa and a television (Netflix), as well as a dining area with a large, inviting table. The separate kitchen is fully fitted and equipped (Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, washing machine, etc.). For sleeping, you'll enjoy a large, quiet bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and ample storage. A double sofa bed is also available in the living room. A modern shower room and a separate toilet complete this property. Quiet, functional, and ideally located, this apartment is perfect for a tourist stay in the heart of the capital. Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and leave the apartment in the condition in which you found it. Early check-in & late check-out : For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
