Thoughtfully laid out to accommodate two guests, this studio offers a comfortable, inviting space that is perfectly optimized for a stay in Paris. The main room features an easily accessible double bed and a pleasant area for relaxation. You will also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your own meals, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower. High-speed Wi-Fi is available, making it convenient for business needs. Bed linen and towels are provided to ensure a smooth arrival and allow you to travel light.

We ask you to respect the following rules during your stay: Please do not smoke inside the studio. Please respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors, especially in the evening. Leave the studio as you found it. Pets are not allowed. Arrivals are made independently between 4 p.m. and 11 pm - keys can be collected in a store located less than 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Early check-in & late check-out : For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to make a request so we can organize accordingly.
