🌿Come and enjoy this haven of peace for a relaxing stay, far from the hustle and bustle, while still being close to the main regional attractions (Futuroscope and Aquascope are a 5-minute drive away). 🏡 This large house, located a 10-minute walk from the village of Chasseneuil-du-Poitou, is ideal for families, groups of friends, or colleagues on business trips. Formerly a grocery store located on the route of the Kings of England and the Way of St. James in 1938, it has been renovated to offer you optimal comfort throughout your stay. On the ground floor, you will find a living area open to a kitchen, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare delicious meals just like at home (cooktop, oven, coffee maker, etc.). Upstairs, you will find a private, secluded terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the sun! You'll also find a TV lounge area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Fiber optic Wi-Fi is also available. Next is the sleeping area with three spacious bedrooms overlooking the garden, each equipped with a double bed for a good night's sleep. A separate toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub complete this floor. You can enjoy 1000m² of garden with a small stream at its end. For your comfort, linens and towels are provided, and cleaning is included in your stay. Self-check-in and check-out are available for added flexibility. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or for further information. 📨 Please note that three rooms will not be accessible to guests, as will the attic on the 2nd floor, under the eaves. Also, please note that Pupuce, the house cat, will be roaming the garden during your stay. He will not enter the house (except for the boiler room via his cat flap to eat and drink) and will remain outside the rest of the time.
You can park your car in the courtyard. The house has stairs and is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
