This charming 35 m² duplex has been designed to offer a comfortable and welcoming stay in a unique setting, with a true little-house feel right in the heart of Paris – a rare find in the capital 😊 On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living room with a quality sofa bed that sleeps two. The space is pleasant and inviting, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Paris. A television is also provided. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. A large bay window opens onto a lovely private outdoor space, furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a quiet moment at the end of the day. Upstairs, a wooden staircase leads to a mezzanine bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, built-in storage, and direct access to a bright bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. A second television with Apple TV is also available in the bedroom. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. You will also find a hairdryer, a steam iron, a clothes drying rack, and an ironing board. Wi-Fi is included and accessible throughout the property.
