Space
Le Malicieux is a charming 35 m² duplex, perfectly designed to offer comfort and functionality in a unique and welcoming setting. The apartment is spread over two levels, creating a true city-home feel, a rare find in Paris. On the ground floor: You enter a cozy living room with a high-quality sofa bed, ideal for two people. The atmosphere is soft and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the capital. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking on-site: stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, and a coffee machine Nespresso. A large glass window opens onto a private, leafy courtyard with a small table and two chairs: a perfect spot for enjoying breakfast in the sun or a drink at the end of the day, away from prying eyes. Upstairs: A wooden staircase leads to a mezzanine bedroom with a 140cm double bed, built-in storage, and direct access to a bright bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. A television with Apple TV is also available in the bedroom. Bed linens and towels are provided for a comfortable stay. You will also find a hairdryer, a steam generator, a clothes horse, and an ironing board available. Wi-Fi is, of course, included and available throughout the accommodation. The apartment has a small private garden with an outdoor table and chairs.
