A small balcony is also available. In the other part of the apartment, you'll have access to a spacious bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and washing machine. Last but not least, your apartment will be spotlessly clean, thanks to a professional cleaning service. Thanks to its perfect location, you'll be able to access the apartment by any means of transport! Close to the "Jean-Jaurès" tramway and bus stop, where the busiest lines (A, 2, 3, 5, 10) are located, you can quickly reach the city's points of interest. Tours train station is also within easy reach, 450 meters from the apartment. You can park in the surrounding streets or in the "Palais Jean-Jaurès" parking lot. For your information, the apartment is located on the second floor, without elevator.
