Welcome to our magnificent luxury home in the private hamlet of La Jonchère. With family or friends, you'll enjoy the perfect setting for relaxing or visiting the region (Versailles 15 minutes away). With a generous surface area of 250m2, there's no shortage of space to accommodate young and old alike. On the first floor, the house comprises a double living room, an equipped kitchen and a dining room. Several repeaters throughout the house enable you to take advantage of high-quality wifi. The bright living room opens onto a large 1500m2 garden where you can unwind and share a meal. The house has four bedrooms. The elegantly appointed bedrooms are located on the first floor: 2 bedrooms feature queen-size beds, each with its own bathroom with bathtub. The third bedroom has a double bed, while the last bedroom has 2 single beds and 1 double bed. There's also a third bathroom. Please note that for your convenience, we provide bed linen and towels. In the basement, enjoy a games room equipped with a pool table and, above all, a large Jacuzzi. Several cars can be parked in front of the house. The house is nestled in a peaceful location, right next to a large forest. Shops such as Monoprix, a bakery and a pharmacy are just a 2-minute walk away, ensuring total convenience. The Rueil-Malmaison train station can be reached in 10 minutes by car, and a bus stop in front of the house takes you to the station in just 15 minutes. We're also ideally located 15 minutes from Versailles. Enjoy your stay!
