This charming 39 m2 apartment, which sleeps 4, is the perfect place to explore the magnificent city of Tours. With decoration carefully thought out to create a zen atmosphere, this space is designed to offer you a relaxing getaway in the heart of the Loire Valley. Its advantage: location! Just a two-minute walk from Tours train station, making it easy to get around. As soon as you walk through the door, you'll be greeted by a soothing atmosphere. Neutral tones and natural materials create a relaxing ambience for your stay. The spacious living area features a lounge bathed in natural light. It's the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Enjoy the comfort of the sofa bed while planning your next adventure. A TV and wifi connection are also available! You can prepare your meals in the modern, well-equipped kitchen (coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven...). A dining table is also available to enjoy your delicious meals. The sleeping area features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, where you can recharge your batteries for the day ahead. Continuing on, the bathroom offers every comfort with a spacious shower and modern amenities. The WC is located in a separate room. For sunny days, a 20m² terrace is at your disposal! Another plus of this apartment is the private parking space reserved for you. Please note, however, that it is located between a wall and pillars, and is therefore small and not suitable for all cars. A Zoé-type model is acceptable. For your comfort, everything is included in the cleaning fee. You'll be able to travel light, as sheets and towels are provided. All you have to do is put your suitcases down and settle in comfortably. For added flexibility, arrivals and departures are handled autonomously via a key box. You'll have everything you need for your stay in Touraine! Don't hesitate to book :)

You have your own parking space in the residence, but be aware that it's small and not suitable for all vehicles (we have a Zoe, for example, and it just fits). Parking is free in the streets around the residence. You can also do everything on foot, as the station is just a stone's throw away. In less than 5 minutes you'll be in the city center, and 20 minutes to the historic center with its famous Place Plumereau and its many restaurants and bars. The apartment is located on the ground floor, with a small step up to the apartment. Parking is only accessible via stairs.
