In the heart of the Loire castles, the Moulin de l'Amasse welcomes you to stay in its barn located opposite, completely renovated in 2023.
Space
Renovated in 2023, the barn is composed on the ground floor of a large living room of 70m2 with fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a lounge area articulated around the stove as well as a laundry room and WCs. Its two large bay windows overlook part of the 2ha garden. The land is crossed by three branches of rivers and a pond not overlooked. Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed 160 and a bathroom or private shower room (2 with a bathtub and 2 with a shower) and their separate WC. The house also has 3 bedrooms/mezzanine each with 2 single beds 90. All rooms are equipped with electric blackout shutters as well as reversible air conditioning. Sheets and towels are provided. The house also offers in high season access to the owners' outdoor swimming pool which is located right next to the accommodation. The swimming pool is shared with the owners who are very discreet and live opposite.
Access
You have access to the entire accommodation. All household and bathroom linen is provided on site and cleaning is included in the price of the stay Late check-out and early check-in are possible for an additional fee (€10/hour) and upon request only. Any unapproved late check-out or early check-in will incur a €50 charge to compensate the cleaning staff.
Interaction
Arrivals are made independently from 4 p.m. (key box on site) Departures are at 10 a.m. maximum

The accommodation was completely renovated in 2023 and all the equipment is new. Please respect the house and its equipment :) Please note, the house does not have a television! Free WIFI on site. Parking included for 4 cars. A travel cot and 2 high chairs are available on request. The accommodation is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure; A cleaning service during your stay can be provided on request with a fee. Late check-out and early check-in are possible for an additional fee (€10/hour) and upon request only.
