Welcome to this cozy 2-room apartment located in the heart of Paris 15, close to transport and shops and 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower.

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple, with family or friends, for work or pleasure, this charming T2 located in Paris will offer you all the necessary comfort. With a surface area of 55m², the fully equipped apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Make yourself comfortable in the living room, on the sofa bed, and enjoy the TV and high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber) to relax. Cooking enthusiasts will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee machine, oven), ideal for preparing delicious meals. On the night side, a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and plenty of storage awaits you, while the living room has a 2-seater sofa bed for a second bed. For your comfort, bed linen and bath towels are provided. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. And for even more convenience, enjoy a balcony as well as a reserved parking space. You have access to the entire accommodation. There is just a closed door where we keep personal belongings If you come by metro, metro 10 (Charles Michel) or metro 8 (Commerce) are 5 minutes away. By car, we have a parking space at your disposal.

Arrivals are made independently from 4 p.m. - keys can be collected in a store less than 5 minutes away on foot Please do not make noise in the common areas and on the balcony after 8 p.m. Early check-in & late check-out : For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
