Intermarché, shopping mall and all shops in Pocé less than 2 km away. Markets: Tuesday mornings in Pocé (a very small convenience market), Friday and Sunday mornings in Amboise.

Charming and authentic, l'Atelier de Raphaël is one of 5 gîtes on the Domaine de la Restrie, in the heart of the Loire Valley. Between old stones and exposed beams, let yourself be seduced by this completely renovated family gîte and enjoy your stay and the leisure activities on site (heated outdoor swimming pool, outdoor games, etc.).
Space
Superb 70m2 garden-level gite with adjoining 30 m2 south-facing private garden courtyard. The gite comprises a large living/dining room with a modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160cm) and the other with 2 single beds (90cm), and a bathroom with shower. The gîte has been restored in the spirit of a "family home", and decorated with objects and paintings that have been passed down through several generations. L'Atelier de Raphaël is located at Domaine de la Restrie, and is one of 5 gîtes on the estate. There are many activities on site (outdoor swimming pool, games, ping-pong table, darts, etc.). These activities are shared between the 5 gîtes, as they are located in the estate's common areas. All linen is provided on site, and cleaning is included at the end of your stay. Access
The gîte is located at Domaine de la Restrie in Pocé sur Cisse. There is a private parking lot just opposite the estate. You then have access to all the common areas of the estate, so please respect the premises and the other tenants :) ATTENTION THE SWIMMING POOL WILL BE OPEN FROM APRIL TO SEPTEMBER! LE RESEAU EST TRES FAIBLE SUR LE DOMAINE, WIFI NON GARANTI /!\ Late check-out and early check-in are possible for an additional fee (€10/hour) and upon request only. Any unapproved late check-out or early check-in will incur a €50 charge to compensate the cleaning staff.
Interaction
Arrivals are from 4 p.m. The keys are handed over independently thanks to the box on site. Departure is at 10 a.m. maximum. Early arrival or late departure on request only (additional charge of €10 MINIMUM).

L'Atelier de Raphaël is one of 5 gîtes on the estate. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to book any of the other gîtes on the estate! When you arrive, your beds are made up, household linen and cleaning products are available, as well as basic groceries. Cleaning is included in the price of your stay, but please respect the estate's common areas. WIFI IS NOT GARANTEED AS THE PLACE IS IN A BLANK ZONE Late check-out and early check-in are possible for an additional fee (€10/hour) and upon request only.
