Welcome to our elegant 45m2 T2 apartment, located in the heart of Paris on rue Martin Bernard, just 5 minutes from Place d'Italie.
Space
This comfortable space is perfectly suited for two people, with a double bed for restful nights. Bed linen and towels are provided, so you don't have to worry about a thing. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals at your convenience. The bathroom includes a shower and hairdryer for your convenience. You'll also find a full range of equipment to make your stay enjoyable, such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, oven and even a dishwasher. There's also high quality wifi (fiber) and a TV to keep you connected. Located on the 3rd floor, our apartment is accessible via an elevator, making it a comfortable and soothing place to stay. Please note that arrival is entirely autonomous, and keys can be collected from a store located 10 minutes' walk from the apartment (3 minutes by car). Enjoy your stay.

We kindly ask you to respect the following rules during your stay: For your convenience, self-check-in is available. Keys must be collected from a local shop that closes at 1:00 AM. Please take care of our accommodation and its amenities. Early arrivals & late departures: For arrivals before 4:00 PM or departures after 10:00 AM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
