Surrounded by countryside, it offers an ideal environment for unwinding, walking, cycling, and fully enjoying nature. Essential shops—including a bakery, a grocery store, and a market—are available in nearby Nouâtre, just a few kilometers away. L’Île-Bouchard also offers supermarkets and various other services. Finally, the estate serves as an excellent base for exploring Chinon, Richelieu, and Azay-le-Rideau, as well as the region's many villages, vineyards, and châteaux.

Welcome to this inviting home, which can accommodate up to 5 guests. It is the perfect setting for a getaway with family or friends. A Nordic hot tub, an expansive three-hectare garden, bicycles, games, and a wide range of activities are all at your disposal, allowing you to make the most of this lush, green environment.
Space
The house can accommodate five people. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and a toilet. The spacious main living area includes a lounge with a television and fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a dining space, a work corner, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. A laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer is also available. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with three single beds, as well as an en-suite shower room with a shower and a toilet. The king-size bed consists of two single beds joined together to provide a spacious sleeping area. Outside, there is a three-hectare garden complete with a large dining table, fruit trees, aromatic plants, a pétanque court, a trampoline, and a Nordic hot tub. Five bicycles are also provided for your use. A dedicated leisure area offers painting supplies, a small ping-pong table, ball games, soccer goals, a volleyball net, yoga mats, and various other sports accessories. Board games and a Mölkky set are also available in the house.
